Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is the UK’s leading heart and lung hospital, treating around 50,000 patients each year. The Trust is currently rated ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), from an inspection carried out in 2019. It became the first hospital Trust in the country to receive the top rating of ‘outstanding’ in each of the five main domains that the CQC assesses.

Cambridge Heart Clinic provides high quality care to private patients in a dedicated cardiology centre based within the world famous Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

It offers a comprehensive range of services that includes outpatient based investigations, as well as interventional cardiology procedures.

The Wellington Hospital cardiac unit is one of the largest specialist private cardiac units in the UK, and an HCA centre of excellence. It is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a new ‘hybrid’ catheter lab and theatre and a dedicated cardiac catheter and electrophysiological lab.
